We are Rus and Tia, husband and wife team, aiming to provide a solution to tired landlords seeking to get back their stressfree life, businesses looking to secure outstanding accommodation for their employee, and professionals looking for their home away from home.
We’ve seen both sides of the coin. First as tenants, we had high expectations towards our landlords and wanted to be provided with bright and tidy property, maintained to high standard.

How It Works...
We work with Landlords who would like to make the most of their investment property, but don’t want the hassle of managing the property and keeping it occupied at all times.
First, we view the property, it's state and agree on long term guaranteed monthly rent from 3 to 5 years. If needed, we will give it a light refurbishment (with our own funds) to make sure it’s great place for tenants to call it their new home.
All this is laid out with a legally secured agreement between us and the landlord.
Then, once the property is ready, we rent it out to professionals working in the area or local companies relocating their employees.
Lastly, we fully manage the property, taking care of the day-to-day maintenance and looking after the tenants.
